Terms & Conditions
Please read the following carefully before making your booking.
Online Bookings: All bookings submitted online, are not a confirmed booking. Australian Transfer Transport will contact you via email or phone to confirm your booking, including date, pick up time, airport meeting points and phone number to confirm the booking fees and details.
Online Calculators: The online calculators are a guide only and the final fees will need to be confirmed by Sydney-Transfer. Australian Transfer Transport sometime may offer special pricing and reserve the right to apply, or not apply these “specials” at their discretion.
Credit Card Surcharge: There will be a 5% surcharge on all credit card payments.
Cancellations: Cancelling a confirmed and paid booking less than 24 hours prior to your pickup booking scheduled time, will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking price.
Cancelling a confirmed and paid booking more than 24 hours prior to your pickup booking scheduled time, will result in a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total booking price.
In case of cancellation after the payment of the travel cost is completed, the amount deducting cancellation charges, bank handling charges and the other costs charged by travel service providers (tourist attractions company) from the amount already paid will be remitted to the bank account specified by the customer.
Date of cancellation refers to the date and time when cancellation notice is received by us based on East Australian time, instead of the local date and time when cancellation notice is sent from the customer.
Waiting Time: A $50 per hour surcharge will apply to any waiting times after the 1st hour of your scheduled booking.
Travel Time: You need to arrive at the Airport at least 2 hours prior to your departure time for domestic flights and 3 hours for International flights. PLEASE NOTE: Delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions. Australian Transfer Transport will not be liable for any loss, cost or delay incurred due to circumstances beyond our control.
No Show: Should the “booker” fail to cancel their booking, or fail to show up at the designated pickup point, Australian Transfer Transport reserves the right to charge the full booking fee.
Child restraints: Please advise at the time of booking if you need a child seat or capsule. An extra charge of $5 applies for each capsule, child or booster seat.
Additional stops: Australian Transfer Transport may at its discretion charge up to $10.00 per extra drop-off or pick-up point, within a 10 kilometre radius of the initial booking, but reserves the right to refuse to set-down or pick-up at any locations other than those nominated by the original booking.
Sydney Airport: Pick-ups from Sydney Airport may be subject to parking charges currently $6.50 per 20 minutes and may incur waiting charges (see above) in excess of the original quoted fee.
Luggage: A limit of 1 large suitcase (bag), 1 small suitcase (bag) and 1 piece of hand luggage per passenger applies. Additional luggage will only be carried if space permits and an extra charge of $5 per item will apply (this does not apply for VIP or Group transfers).
Loss: Australian Transfer Transport will not be liable for any loss or damage howsoever arising, to any, and all goods, baggage and personal items conveyed by our service.
Lost Property: Property left in a vehicle will be kept for a maximum of 3 months. Should the owner request their property to be forwarded on, any direct expense will be charged to the owner of the property, plus a minimum of $20.00 packing & handling fee. Other way property will left in closest police station (by law).
Behaviour: Australian Transfer Transport is not a common carrier and can therefore refuse to carry a person whose behaviour is detrimental to the enjoyment, comfort or safety of the group, other travellers, other passengers and the driver. By travelling with Australian Transfer Transport, you agree to accept the authority of the driver. Any threats to safety, being physical or verbal, or any inappropriate behaviour as deemed by the driver may result in the removal from the trip. If a driver requires a passenger to leave the vehicle no refund will be given and that passenger will be responsible for their own travel costs and arrangements from that point.
Sickness: Australian Transfer Transport reserves the right to charge a cleaning and/or sanitation fee of up to $500 for anyone who becomes ill inside a vehicle as a result of alcohol or food consumption.
Our Responsibility: The passenger, acknowledges by their acceptance, Australian Transfer Transport, its agents and suppliers, in making arrangements for transportation or any service in connection with the itineraries of individual passengers shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act of default by any other company or person providing services included in this transfer.
Further, Australian Transfer Transport, its agents and suppliers accept no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government restrains, acts of war and terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control.
Australian Transfer Transport reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service and to decline to accept or retain any passenger at any time for any reason including, without limitation.
All transfer vouchers are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by Australian Transfer Transport, its agents and suppliers.
Every effort will be made by the company to ensure that vehicles arrive on time. The company will not be held responsible or liable for any delay that occurs which is beyond our control.
Australian Transfer Transport will not be held responsible or liable for any delays caused by airline or ship operators, passengers missing flight/ship or flight/ship time changes.
Conditions of Travel: Australian Transfer Transport will not be liable for any costs or delays incurred due to circumstances beyond our control. All luggage, including carry on baggage and personal items, is the sole responsibility of the passenger. Our company accepts no responsibility and shall not be liable for theft, loss or damage to any passenger baggage and personal items, whilst in a minibus Australian Transfer Transport vehicle.
